Primary acinic cell carcinoma of the breast: A case report and literature review

Acinic cell carcinoma (ACCA), a type of malignant epithelial neoplasm, tends to occur in the parotid gland, and is occasionally found within breast. Published literature regarding primary ACCA breast scarce, number reports may be fewer than 100. At present, full clinical details have not been published. As an extremely rare disorder, cannot definitively diagnosed depending on microscopic structure alone often requires assistance immunohistochemistry. Currently, universal therapies are available. Here, we present 47-year-old patient with history palpable mass outer upper quadrant left for more 2 years, which had obviously increased size last half year. This was Neoadjuvant chemotherapy performed preoperatively, drug sensitivity tests based tumor cells were conducted after surgery successfully screened schemes patient's greater benefit. The whole treatment course followed guidelines invasive cancer. free symptoms 14 months surgery. Long-term follow-up progress. Altogether, further broaden understanding breast, detail diagnosis one review relevant literature.
